This blend was crafted with intention for those navigating chronic pain, inflammation, or physical fatigue, offering a moment to slow down, reconnect with the body, and support natural mobility.

As someone living with autoimmune illness myself, this is a blend I created from my own experience of needing something supportive during flare days when the body feels heavy or restricted.
